CUSTOMISATIONS

STAINLESS STEEL MILLING MACHINES

In the milling section, stainless steel machines are provided for (roller mill, purifier, detachers, etc. where provided for).

SIEVES

All plansifter sieves are supplied in antimicrobial and antibacterial materials in order to ensure and obtain healthier products by reducing the proliferation of mould and bacteria.

ASPIRATION WITH FILTERS

The aspiration function of the plant is carried out with low pressure filters instead of using cyclones. In this way, the air released by the system complies with the most stringent regulations on dust emissions into the atmosphere.

ROLLER MILLS DRIVING UNIT

Each roller mill will be individually motorised instead of having a single motor. The motors are suitably powerful and are supplied with accessories.

STAINLESS STEEL ASPIRATION MANIFOLD

The aspiration manifold supplied for the milling section is made of stainless steel.

STAINLESS STEEL PNEUMATIC SYSTEM

The supplied pneumatic system for the mill (cyclones, pneumatic lines and roller mill discharge hoppers) is made of stainless steel.

STAINLESS STEEL GRAVITY SPOUTING

The gravity spouting supplied for the milling section is made of stainless steel.

ACCESSORIES

All compressors and fans are supplied with soundproof cabins and silencers so as to reduce the noise they produce as much as possible.

PLANT MANAGEMENT

The plant, which is managed through an Ocrim automation system, is adapted to be used, managed and controlled also via palmtop and/or mobile phone and can therefore be controlled 24 hours a day, wherever you are.

STORAGE OF GRAINS

Two storage bins, equipped with loading and unloading equipment and connection to the Superior.

STORAGE OF FINISHED PRODUCTS

Three storage bins for finished products are provided. They are divided as follows: two for main products and one for by-products.

BAGGING OF MAIN PRODUCTS

For main products, a single spout bagging station for 25 kg bags is provided for, with its own sewing line. Loading equipment is also provided for this bagging station.

SPARE PARTS

Supply of a range of spare parts, recommended for 2 years of operation.

MAINTENANCE

Supply of various equipment to ensure proper plant maintenance, including a rolls state detector.

ASSEMBLY

Plant to be assembled by trained personnel on arrival at the site. All costs are included except for heavy lifting equipment, as well as electricity and water costs for assembly.

TRANSPORT

Transport to the port of destination, including transport insurance.

DESIGN

Technical and civil design support for the plant and, if necessary, for the storage and handling of finished products.

TRAINING

Participation in a course held at Ocrim’s Milling Technology School for two people for two weeks. The course covers both knowledge of the art of milling and the specific use of the Superior.

CUSTOMISATIONS

To further customise the plant, you can place your company logo on certain parts of the plant and on the structure itself. The logo must be supplied in vector format and the parts where it can be inserted will be specified (a maximum of 4 logos are allowed).

COLOURS

Supplies can be customised with any colour you like instead of the standard Ocrim colours (RAL 3000 red and RAL 7035 grey, or of the version of your choice). The reference table to be used for selection is RAL.

SUPPORT

A two-year support contract following the warranty period, including on-site assistance provided by Ocrim’s qualified personnel.

WARRANTY

Extension of the mechanical warranty of the plant for another 12 months, in addition to those contractually agreed, including a dedicated three-day inspection carried out by two of our staff members to check the condition of the plant.

CERTIFICATIONS

The plant is suitably equipped to comply with the ATEX certification.
